Four pathways. One continuing relationship.

Professional Healthspan Management is a physician-led approach to measuring, managing and improving your health over time. The four pathways are organized by your needs and by how deeply and how often we work with you, not by tiers of service quality. You can move between them as your circumstances change: the relationship continues, the membership adapts.

Your healthspan journey with Monarch

Every membership follows the same four steps. What differs is how deep, how often and how much coordination.

  1. Step 1

    Establish your baseline

Assess relevant health risks, physical function, cognitive health and other appropriate measures.

  2. Step 2

    Prioritize and act

Develop a personalized plan with clear priorities and practical next steps.

  3. Step 3

    Follow through

Review agreed actions, monitor relevant changes and coordinate support where included in the membership.

  4. Step 4

    Reassess and adapt

Compare results over time, identify what has changed and update the plan as needs evolve.

Compare the memberships

The meaningful difference between memberships is how much is measured, how often, and how much coordination comes with it.

Memberships differ in scope, frequency, measurement and coordination, not in the quality of insured medical care.

Your membership covers the services listed for it. Anything outside the membership, including privately paid investigations, is quoted in writing before it goes ahead.

Screening and imaging are risk-guided: chosen for you according to your individual risk, clinical appropriateness and the evidence, and discussed with you before they go ahead.

Choosing your membership

Age is a guide, not a rule. The right pathway depends on what you want help with and how much support you need. A consultation can help establish fit.
