Brain Health

Assessment and protection of memory, thinking and cognitive health.

Concerns about memory are common and are often either dismissed or catastrophized. This program assesses cognition properly, identifies the many treatable things that affect thinking, and works on the factors associated with maintaining cognitive health.

What it involves

  • Structured cognitive assessment
  • Review of contributors - sleep, hearing, mood, medication, vascular health
  • Attention to hearing and vision, which are frequently overlooked
  • A plan focused on what is modifiable
  • Re-assessment over time so change is visible
