Early Detection
Risk-guided screening pathways, used where they are clinically appropriate for you.
Screening is most useful when it is directed by your actual risk rather than applied uniformly. This program works through cancer, cardiovascular and genetic risk with you, and uses screening or imaging where the evidence supports it for someone in your position - and says so when it does not.

What it involves
- Structured risk assessment across cancer and cardiovascular risk
- Family history and, where appropriate, assessment of inherited risk.
- Screening and imaging where clinically indicated and evidence-supported.
- A clear explanation of what a result does and does not tell you

Works alongside insured care
This program is delivered within a Monarch Health membership and covers uninsured services only. Any MSP-insured service provided independently by a physician is separate from Monarch Health and is not dependent on membership or provided on a priority basis. The uninsured components - assessment depth beyond what MSP covers, planning, coordination and ongoing monitoring - are covered by your membership.
