Frailty Prevention
Strength, mobility and balance - the practical basis of independence.
Frailty is not an inevitable consequence of ageing. Strength, balance, mobility and nutrition can be assessed and addressed before loss of independence becomes difficult to reverse. This program measures the things independence rests on and works on them directly, ideally long before they become limiting.

What it involves
- Measurement of strength, balance and walking speed
- Falls risk assessment
- Nutrition review, with attention to protein
- A specific strength and balance plan
- Home environment review where useful
