Longevity Medicine
Evidence-based work on extending the years you spend in good function.
An approach concerned with functional years rather than years alone. It draws on what the evidence currently supports - physical capacity, metabolic health, sleep, cognition and social connection - and is explicit about the limits of what is known.

What it involves
- Review of the factors most associated with maintained function
- A prioritized plan, focused on a small number of changes
- Regular re-measurement of what is being worked on
- Honest discussion of what the evidence does and does not support
