Menopause & Perimenopause

Clinically grounded care through a transition that is often navigated alone.

Perimenopause and menopause affect sleep, mood, cognition, bone and cardiovascular health. These concerns often require more structured assessment and follow-up than a conventional appointment allows. This program provides structured assessment and evidence-based management, with the time to actually discuss options.

What it involves

  • Structured symptom and history assessment
  • Relevant laboratory assessment and bone health review
  • Evidence-based discussion of management options, including hormone therapy where appropriate
  • Attention to sleep, mood, metabolic and cardiovascular health
  • Follow-up and adjustment over time
